On November 22, 2021, the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) signed the agreement according to which the EAPO can act as the International Searching Authority (ISA) and the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) under the PCT.
